In additional a sugar scale is provided facilitating measurement of the percentage of sugar in solution. Useful for measuring refractive index in the range of 1.3 to 1.7 with an accuracy of 0.01 direct on the scale and 0.0001 by estimation. The sugar percentage of 0-95% with an accuracy of 1% on scale and 0.01 by estimation can be measured. Packed in a wooden cabinet.
