BDI-129 Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet
Laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air through coarse pre-filter (up to 5 microns) and Heap filter (down to 0.3 microns) for filtration of biological and particulate contaminants. Constant uni-directional airflow is drawn from the atmosphere and passed through pre and heap filters on the work surface. Fabricated out of reinforced ply board which is clad in from outside in laminated sheet and inner exposed areas are finished in epoxy paint. Tabletop covered with a non-glaring laminated sheet or stainless steel sheet. Side panels are fixed and are made out of the transparent acrylic sheet. The front door is the folding type and made of thick acrylic sheet. (Optional) The stand is the built-in type or detachable.
The Blower unit has AUE or equivalent motor and is dynamically balanced with minimal sound & vibration levels. Fluorescent lighting is also provided. A suitable UV tube is provided for sterilization. An acrylic block type manometer to measure static pressure in the chamber has been installed. A two-way gas tap for the gas line has also been provided.
BDI-129A Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet (Table Top Model)
These equipment are also horizontal laminar air flow cabinets. These are tabletop models and not floor-mounted. These can be easily placed on an exciting laboratory platform. However, if required, a tubular stand can be provided for these laminar flow cabinets & for its work table, if this equipment is to be used as a floor mounting design. Supplied with Static Pressure manometer, U.V.Fluorescent light, Cock for gas & air.
